According to Rahman’s observations, this experimental feature, which functions exclusively with the Samsung Keyboard, seems unlikely to work with alternative keyboards such as Gboard or SwiftKey. It is also unclear which messaging apps this new Samsung feature is compatible with, but during his testing, it functioned effectively with WhatsApp.
